Beaches can be harmful as much as they are beautiful

It’s sunny outside, the kids aren’t in school yet, and there’s no better time to go to the beach and have some fun in the sun.  It’s a great place to relax, have a picnic, play a game or even take a dip in the water.  Sure, everything looks great, but it’s important to remember to protect your skin and eyes from the sun.  If the eyes are open and open, brightness, ultraviolet rays, and even objects in the water can damage vision.  Before you get ready for a day at the beach, here are some tips on how to protect your eyes from any damage.

Most  people love going to  the beach specially kids.  Visiting to beach is mandatory during the summer season. They can be so much of fun during this season like sports and different  water sport activities. There is no harm in going to the beach as long as you protect yourself from harmful rays of sun. direct exposure of harmful rest the ice can cause macular degeneration and cataracts. Try not to wear contact lenses for the beach.  when you immerse yourself in water with contact lenses the microorganisms and dot can get trapped in the lens, latent can cause different types of infections so it’s better not to wear contact lenses to the beach.

  The most simplest and effective way is to wear sunglasses to your eyes. This can protect your eyes from sun rays and also from the sand of Indiana beach. Make sure you buy sunglasses which has protection from harmful sun rays. This can help protect your eyes and doesn’t increase the risk for macular degeneration.

Wearing a hat can provide some shade to your eyes and your face. Do not forget to get ahead or captain you’re going for the beach trip next time. Even though we wear glasses there can be places where the skin and eyes exposed to direct sunlight so it’s better to wear a hat to make su‘e it covers more.

 when you are going to swim do not forget to bring goggles. There can be sunlight which is penetrated into the water and when you swim these rays can also harm your eyes. When you wear goggles you can help your eyes protect from these penetrating rays of sunlight in water.
